What happens if I get multiple offers?

Multiple offers is a good problem, and it changes your strategy. My job is to weigh every term, not just the price, and help you choose the offer that is most likely to actually close.

  • What happens if I get an offer at my asking price?

When offers come in, I will present each one fully: price, deposit, financing strength, inspection requests, and timeline. Sometimes the highest price is genuinely the best offer. Sometimes a slightly lower offer with strong financing and flexible terms is the one that closes on time.

I can also manage the process to your advantage, within the rules. Setting a deadline for best offers and letting buyers sharpen their terms is a normal, transparent way to run a multiple-offer situation.

You make the final call. I make sure you understand exactly what each offer means before you do.

On the North Shore

Well-priced North Shore homes in commuter towns and desirable coastal villages do draw multiple offers, especially in spring. Seasonal buyers also create a second wave of competition in late summer and early fall.
