Selling Your Home · Straight answer from Kathleen
What happens after I decide to list my house?
First I come see the home in person and we build the plan together: pricing, any prep work, and your timeline. Then it is a sequence of photography, marketing, showings, and offers, with clear communication at every step.

The agent visit is the starting point. I will walk every room, ask about systems and history, and look at your home the way a buyer's agent will. From that visit comes the market analysis, the pricing recommendation, and the prep list.
Getting ready usually takes one to four weeks depending on how much you want to do: decluttering, light paint, cleanings, staging, and photo scheduling. I will keep it to what actually matters and help you sequence it.
Once live, the rhythm is steady: showings, feedback, offers as they come, and a weekly conversation about where things stand. You will never wonder what is happening with your own house.
On the North Shore
On the North Shore, the first two weeks of a listing matter most. I use that window deliberately: professional photos, strong digital placement, and showings timed to when local buyers are actually searching.
