Real Questions You May Be Hesitant to Ask · Straight answer from Kathleen
I tried to sell my house before and it didn't sell. What should I do differently?
Start by finding out why it did not sell, because the answer is usually specific and fixable: price, condition, marketing, timing, or a combination. The same home relisted the same way tends to get the same result, so we take a different approach.

- My listing expired. Should I relist right away?
I will start with the evidence: what it was priced at, what similar homes actually sold for then, how the showings went, and what the feedback said. From that, we identify the one or two things that cost you the sale.
Should you relist right away? If the reasons are understood and fixed, yes, and there is value in moving quickly while your story is current. But relisting without a changed plan is just repeating the experience.
Bring me the history and we will build the honest, different plan. Many of my best sales have been second chances.
On the North Shore
North Shore homes that sat in one season often find their buyer in another, especially the coastal properties whose audience changes with the calendar. The fix is usually the plan, not the property.
