Selling & Buying at the Same Time · Straight answer from Kathleen
If I sell, where will I go next?
You do not have to know yet, and it is one of the first things we talk through, because the answer shapes everything else. You might stay on the North Shore, move to a condo, or relocate entirely, and each path changes the plan.

- What if I want to sell but I'm not sure where I want to move?
When sellers say they are not sure where they are going, they are usually afraid of making the decision in the wrong order. So we reverse it: first we understand your goals and constraints, then we build the options, then we decide.
We look at your actual choices: staying in the region, buying a next home first with a bridge, renting for a season to try a town, or moving near grown children elsewhere. I will share what similar moves have looked like, and what they cost.
Your next address does not have to be solved before we list. It just has to be planned.
